Some excellent info that I've stumbled on, I will definitely have to add this RSS feed. This blog will make an excellent reference guide for me as I'm starting out in the world of Traffic as they say you can have the best well designed and beautiful blog but with no traffic it's like sitting on a mountain all alone and no-one can see you.

Backlinks are great, but make sure the site is relevant with your website or blog. Google takes this in high regard. Internal linking is also important. You want to link to articles that are closely related to the current article.
